Tickets & Registration

• Where can I find my ticket? Your name is your ticket! When you purchase your ticket, your name is added to our guest list. You don’t need to bring a printed ticket — simply check in with your name at registration to collect your badge.
• Where do I register? You can register on the morning of October 2nd, or you can pick up your badge during the pre-mingle on October 1st.
• Can I get a refund? No, all sales are final.

Venue & Hotel

• Where is amaNordic taking place? In Malmö, Sweden, at Clarion Hotel & Congress Malmö Live.
• How do I get to the venue? For international travelers, flying is the most convenient option. It’s just a 21-minute journey from Copenhagen Airport to Malmö. The train is also a great alternative, with Malmö Central Station just a 3-minute walk from the venue. Under the “Event: Venue & Travel” tab, you’ll find all the information you need.
• What time should I arrive? We recommend arriving on October 1st so you can join us for the pre-mingle.

• Where should I stay? We recommend that you stay at Malmö Clarion Live, which is where the event takes place.
• Is there a hotel discount?Yes! Under the “Event: Venue & Travel” tab, you’ll find all the information you need.
• Is the hotel included in my ticket? No, it is not included.

Event

• What happens on Day 0? Day 0 is October 1st, the day before the main conference. We’ll have a pre-mingle in the evening, and it’s included with all tickets. Our speakers will be there too, making it the perfect way to kick off your networking. You can also pick up your badge during the evening.
• What is included in Day 1? A full day of world-class Amazon insights, practical strategies, and inspiring keynotes. Lunch, Champagne, and two traditional Swedish fika breaks are included.

• What happens during Day 2? On Day 2, we have our Round Table Workshops. Take your business to the next level in an intimate setting with experienced Amazon sellers. Share your challenges, get expert feedback, and leave with actionable strategies tailored to your business.

• Is the event in English? Yes, the event is in English!

Food & Dinner

• Is food included in my ticket? No, dinner is not included in any ticket. You can add it when purchasing your ticket. However, we really recommend joining us! It’s a great opportunity to network, connect with other attendees, and ask the questions you don’t always get the chance to ask.
• What does the Dinner Package include? It includes an exceptional three-course dinner. Pre-dinner drink and two glasses of expertly paired wine. High-quality non-alcoholic options available for those who prefer them. End the evening with the amaNordic Afterparty featuring a live DJ & Amazon Quiz.
• Can you accommodate allergies or special diets? Yes! When you purchase your dinner ticket, you’ll receive a form where you can provide your dietary requirements and food preferences.

    • Can I upgrade to VIP after purchasing my ticket? Yes! If there are still VIP spots available, you can upgrade your ticket. You’ll find the option to upgrade in your confirmation email.
